Support development and execution of the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) Operations Directorate. Provide input and recommendations for tailoring foreign military sales (FMS) cases in support of the global war on terrorism. Provide full spectrum support of FMS cases from implementation to the on-time delivery of an operational and supportable system.

Effort requires a thorough understanding of Security Assistance Management procedures, the weapon system and the ability to coordinate technical, cost and schedule facets of the FMS case while eliminating, mitigating or reducing program risk.

Programmatic services include independent evaluation, assessment and analysis; resource management support; cost estimating/analysis; schedule development and assessment; program management, plans and integration; strategic planning analysis; International program support; Security Assistance Program support; and transformation support.

Provide pre-letter of requirements system subject matter expertise. The goal is to assist USASAC, program managers and SAMDs in reducing pre-case timelines. Provide support to the Intensive Management Office as they provide support to Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Provide assistance planning, preparing and executing Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) mission of moving USASAC from Fort Belvoir and St. Louis to Redstone Arsenal. Provide human resource management assistamce to the command.
