Provide strategic planning and review of Aviation Science and Technology investments and initiatives to benefit Army Aviation and Missile Programs for the Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC).

Provide spectrum management support to the Center and the Aviation and Missile programs it supports.

Provide software engineering development, assessment, verification and testing support of the Joint Air and Missile Defense Integration System.
